Domestic shipping

Most of our products are made to order. Please check the delivery date in the product description column.

As soon as the product is ready, all domestic orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During the delivery company's busy season, year-end and New Year holidays, and bad weather,
Delivery may be delayed due to delivery status and traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

For all domestic orders, we charge a nationwide ¥600 shipping fee.

International Orders

Many of our items are made to order.
Please check lead times in the item description.

Once orders are ready, you will be notified of tracking.
International orders ship in 3-12 days depending on the destination country.

The customer is responsible for all duties, customs, local taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs.

If you refuse a shipment from ONLII ONLINE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ONLII ONLINE.

If the country of destination cannot be found in the checkout process, contact our customer service team at info@onliionline.com to check the fee.
